Great location, clean and generally friendly and polite reception staff. bed itself is comfortable

The staff super professional and friendly. We had to print a document and they were very helpful, there´s fresh lemonade water at reception, which was refreshing and free! Room super clean, quiet and it´s just next to the Elysées. At the end, the general manager in person greeted us and asked if all was fine. Honestly, a place to come back! Oh, I forgot: price was excellent and price/quality can´t be matched.

The location was a 5 minute walk from the Champs Elysée so it was ideal. Although we did have to catch two trains to get there but that was also quite simple to do. There is a restaurant right next to the hotel which was amazing, we went twice in our 3 day trip.

Breakfast was excellent, rooms were quiet and clean, though very small. Staff was so nice and accommodating, arranged a taxi for us 3 times with no issue and brought housekeeping items very promptly.

Great location. Very easy to get to. No outside noise which is great for a city centre hotel. All staff very good except waiter in breakfast area, who was out of his depth and struggled with basic requirements (1st morning was excellent with older staff member; 2nd & 3rd mornings were poor, with limited items available and constantly needing to ask for items to be replenished).

Location is great (5 min walk from Champs-Élysées). Staff is very helpful, the director of the property spent a lot of time searching for us right places to go and explaining best routes etc (one of the best)

The location was wonderful. Easy access to many popular sites but without the constant flow of tourists. Enough off-the-beaten-path to be both very convenient and also quite. Close to good to excellent quality restaurants. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Will be returning with even larger group this summer. Also close to multiple metro stops.
