Staff were very friendly and helpful, the gentleman at reception on our first night gave us a great dinner recommendation too. The waiter at breakfast was also helpful getting me some dairy free milk for my coffee each morning. It was also a great location just off of champs Elysees, and was close to public transport. We could also leave our bags there on our last day after check out as our flight was later at night, so it was helpful that we didn’t have to carry our bags around on our last day.

Perfect location, walking distance to everything. Very clean, and comfortable. They give us a free upgrade, and keep our luggage before and after check out. Breakfast was very good, I think there is everything you need. Very quiet area. Cleaning it was on top, you can not find in Paris, big and clean room like that easy.. We will come back soon :)

Location was amazing, and Adrien had the best approach and service and made anything negative turn to positive. Genuinely Adrien made the stay worth every minute

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic—close to the Arc de Triomphe and within walking distance of the Seine, Eiffel Tower. and other places. Very close is a metro station, and there are only a couple of stops to the Louver Museum. The breakfast was perfect with delicious French pastries and savory options. We requested a higher floor and enjoyed a lovely view from our room. The hotel is cozy, rooms are clean (we had cleaning every day) small, but it wasn't a big issue given the overall experience. Highly recommend it for a Parisian getaway!

The staff super professional and friendly. We had to print a document and they were very helpful, there´s fresh lemonade water at reception, which was refreshing and free! Room super clean, quiet and it´s just next to the Elysées. At the end, the general manager in person greeted us and asked if all was fine. Honestly, a place to come back! Oh, I forgot: price was excellent and price/quality can´t be matched.

Excellent location, 3 min walk to Champs Elysees, generous and tasty buffet breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff especially Staff receptionist Adrian we highly recommend the stay in Elysee Bassano Hotel

Staff very nice and polite! The room has a very good size! They were able to give us a early checking! We got our room early! Breakfast was good!! it was unforgettable family trip! Thanks to all staff for make our stay memorable !!!
